Marketing Product Manager

We are seeking a bright, energetic marketing professional to develop our online and print marketing material. You will be responsible for coordinating our new product marketing strategy including the business development part of it. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, outgoing, be able to present and train large groups, also must have proven marketing experience preferably in the Real Estate industry. If you have worked for Real Estate services Company with connections to brokers and have some technical experience in marketing Real Estate services, MLS’s or Title Companies please send us your resume.

Specific Responsibilities are:

  • Preparing marketing materials for online and print.
  • Development of new product marketing strategy, including evaluating competition, pricing and distribution.
  • Ability to work with sales and customer service departments.
  • Developing and implementing Training strategies for new and existing clients.
  • Developing and growing relationships with new and existing channel partners.
  • Contribute to product enhancements and marketing programs.

Compensation will be, base salary and yearend bonus program.

Openings are available in the East Bay, North Bay, Southern California and Washington areas.

Sr. Sales Executive for Real Estate Services

We are seeking a bright, energetic sales executive who will increase present sales, develop and execute both online and develop new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, outgoing, have proven sales, biz dev and marketing skills. A professional to drive new business initiatives and create new revenue streams, past experience in Real Estate services, MLS’s and Real Estate sales will be a great plus.

Compensation will be base salary and commission.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop new sources of revenue and business opportunities.
  • Direct sales to agents and brokers.
  • Assist in the long term product development for the Real Estate market
  • Developing and growing relationships with new and existing channel partners.
  • Contribute to product enhancements and marketing programs, as well as managing revenues and profitability.
  • Assist in the design and preparation of sales and marketing literature: email announcements, press releases, website, corporate literature, etc .
Openings are available in South Bay, East Bay, North Bay and Sacramento areas.
