Baynet is proud to announce PocketMLS Web Edition. A new web based version of their Patented PocketMLS wireless MLS solution for real estate agents and brokers. Using any web-enabled mobile phone, it is now possible to quickly search MLS listings by city, zip code, street name, or MLS number, and apply additional filtering for price, bedrooms, bathrooms, and other property details.
Results are presented in a mobile-friendly manner, allowing quick review of the search results as well as detailed drill down into property specifics. All property photos are available for viewing, and are presented four at a time for quicker downloads and ease of use with a cell phone browser.
Searches can be saved for alerting and edited by the agent or their clients and are fully integrated with Baynet's e-Agents suite of marketing and contact management tools. With the appropriate modules, searches can be configured to notify the agent and their clients of new listing matches from the selected search criteria. Additional modules for lead capture are available for brokers utilizing the system. Agents can use the system to manage their contacts as well as their searches and alerting parameters.
Because the new web based mobile system accesses the same data as Baynet's extensive e-Agents Real Estate solution, any additions, deletions, or modifications to contact data, search parameters, or alerting parameters made by the mobile system are instantly available to the desktop solution. Any changes made at the desktop e-Agents solution will also be immediately available to the mobile version as well. PocketMLS Web Edition can be integrated with Brokers Solutions, Agents Web Portal, MLS’s, or Associations.
